Produce/Grocery Manager. Brian also has large chain store experience in his background. Brian has really put an emphasis on specialy food variety in his departments. If there is something you're finding at another store, but cannot find here, drop him a note in our suugestion box in the front of the store and he'll do his best to locate it and bring it in.  Brian's humor, wit and overall friendliness are an important part of our operation and he strives to pass that onto our customers, making them feel welcomed and appreciated at Jubilee Foods. 

Meat Manager.  Ed has over 30 years of meat experience and will provide you with great old fashioned, friendly service.  We still case cut our fresh meat daily and that means when you want a steak, chop or roast cut, Ed will custom cut it to your specs.    Ed's case cuts are legendary.  From fresh meatloaf, to seasoned roasts, to stuffed and breaded chops, specialty cuts are his "specialty".   Ed goes all out to make sure you are satisfied each and every time you shop our meat cases. 

Deli/Bakery Manager. Debbie is legendary when it comes to custom decorated cakes. Her wedding cakes are outstanding and that's just something she does by "word of mouth" at Jubilee.  Whether you need a photo put on a special occasion cake or help in planning that special meal, Debbie has the experience you need. When it comes to party trays, platters and party planning, Debbie can do it for you.

Floral Designer/Owner.   Besides being my wife of over 29 years, Damara has years of custom floral designing and arrangements. She also does weddings and funerals, mostly "word of mouth".  I only hope and pray when it comes time for our children's weddings someday, she'll decide to "sit them out" and let others handle the occasion, but I can see that might not work. She's "hands on"!   I don't know of anything she can't do, really.

Store Manager/Owner Operator. I've been in the supermarket business 36 years now. I spent the first 15 years with the mighty Kroger Company and the last 21 in our own company. Most guys went to college. I went to "Kroger".  I've been blessed to have assembled such a great management team and friendly, enthusiastic employees. My motto is, "Ye be friendly or ye be fired!". While that sounds a little drastic and it may be a stretch, it has a ring of truth in it. When I visit the competition, it always amazes me how unfriendly their employees can be. I tell our staff, "If you are ever unhappy here, please go elsewhere to work. Life is too short to stay where you aren't happy."
